About

what to expect

Kaya is a Filipino casual fine dining restaurant located in Orlando’s Mills50 district. Kaya showcases a lively and flavorful taste of Filipino techniques, ingredients and stories alongside the freshest Florida ingredients and a thoughtful beverage program.

We are as much a neighborhood restaurant + bar as we are fit for special occasions, so we offer a variety of ways to experience Kaya:

Sama Sama Set Menu

Step into our home and enjoy a specially prepared multi-course meal centered around the season’s finest offerings. Whether you grew up eating Filipino food or are excited to explore a new cuisine, our seafood and vegetable forward experience is a beautiful way to connect to our beloved islands and one another. Sama sama means "together" and this experience is best enjoyed with a friend, loved one or small group. Solo diners are welcome to enjoy the experience at our cozy bar. Reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends.

A La Carte Dining

Walk ins are always welcome to join us in the dining room or outside at Bayani Bar to enjoy our full a la carte offerings and full liquor bar, signature cocktails and intentional curated wine list. You can join our online walk in wait list starting at 4pm on the day of your visit to communicate directly with our host about available seating times. The menu changes a bit daily, but we post it every afternoon on our IG stories. Here’s a sample menu.
PS - Happy Hour specials run daily from 5-6pm.

Bayani Bar

Our outdoor patio and garden space is beautiful way to experience Kaya in a laid-back, tropical environment. We offer specials throughout out the week including Tuesday Guest Chef Pop-ups, Wednesday Karaoke Nights, Thursday Filipino BBQs + Happy Hour Drinks All Night, and Friday Live Music. Follow our Instagram stories for the latest schedule!

Bongga Brunch

Every Sunday, we serve Filipino breakfast from 10am-2pm. We do not accept reservations, but you can join our virtual wait list starting at 9am on the day of your visit. Check out a sample menu.

At its heart, kaya means capable, and “kaya natin” means “we can.” We are passionate about every element that goes into building our vision for Kaya, which includes not only cooking beautiful and soulful food, but also nourishing a sense of community, taking care of our team and cultivating transformative experiences in an industry that’s overdue for change.
