A Top Chef alum who’s cooked in some of the world’s top kitchens —from San Francisco to Copenhagen, Paris, and New York— she now leads Tarts de Feybesse and has been named a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
She’ll be cooking alongside Kapé Kaya’s @chefclaricelam and @chef.lordfer.lalicon for a multi-course family-style menu showcasing their styles and stellar technique. Expect pastries, savory filipino breakfast dishes, and sweets, of course—fun, generous, and meant to be shared.
